Leaders Academy Session 2: Strategic Planning for School Leaders: Creating a viable vision and mission for success

During this session participants will be guided through developing a strategic plan for schools. They will walk through the process of strategic planning emphasizing the importance of the leader having a vision and mission along with sharing the vision, mission, goal setting and action steps and ultimately having a mutually agreed upon action plan to drive school improvement.
